I ordered from this restaurant on three different occasions. The first two times were in April. The first time I got a two for one deal on Uber Eats and they sent only one meal and got the order one. Granted mistakes happen, so I wanted to give them a second chance because even though they got the order wrong, the food was pretty good however very cold. The second time, I ordered the same exact bowl and they sent me burgers from an entirely different restaurant. Most likely this was a mistake on the delivery persons fault, but I was still very frustrated as it seems to be a pattern every time I I order from this restaurant. I told myself I would never order from here again, but my dumb ass tried it out recently because I had hope that the third time would be a charm. NOPE. Again I ordered the same thing and only received one order and a missing item. Four months passed so I figured maybe things have changed... What is going on with you all???? YOU CANNOT BE THAT INCOMPETENT. If you do not want to do a two for one deal, take that option OFF. Its so disappointing because the food is actually good. Reading the reviews I see this happens way too often. Its ridiculous get your shit

I’ve ordered this from DoorDash yesterday and the food was so good. I ordered it again for lunch today. I was shocked to see such negative reviews here on Google. I wouldn’t just say the food was good, I would say it’s really good. Really good quality Wakame salad, the Bulgogi beef is fantastic. I would be happy with it if you were at a Korean restaurant, the barbecue chicken was cooked perfectly, and really, really flavorful, the katsu chicken is GREAT, the proportions of food was perfect and the restaurant called me to let me know they were out of the shishito peppers and could substitute it so I got 10 wings instead. The value is incredible, the food is really tasty, and this is now one of my go to delivery spots for healthishfood in New York City!

Haven't been in person but always order from here on Doordash. The bulgogi beef rice bowl is my favourite in NYC because they give lots of beef and rice and the coleslaw is good too.

Ordered on Uber Eats a Bulgogi and Chicken Bowl and got sent a raw tuna and salmon bowl. I don’t even understand how too things so different could get mistaken and sent out. Will not be ordering again, absolutely ridiculous!

Update: they need to do better. We loved our last two orders but now our third arrives with a huge bone shard in the mix BBQ bowl and the poke bowl had zero fish at all like they just forgot it all together. Phone number doesnt work so basically I have a salad. First review: Aloha! So Happy with the delivery ! Food was yummy. Crispy meaty flavorful wings and build your dream poke was seriously packed with tasty morsels and we tried BBQ bowl which didn’t last long in this home. All winners and fast friendly delivery was cherry on top thank you Mahalo
